Create projects via API & see all projects in one overview

We’d like to be able to create and manage projects through the API instead of only in the UI. And an organization-level overview showing all projects, their databases, usage, and health.

No ability to delete projects

To make things clearer, it would be useful to remove unused projects.

Use database name for dump files

It would be great if the dump file downloaded had the same name as my database, so that I can discern them quickly.
