The footer is not visible when viewing a query in Desktop Browser.

In the Web Browser, if you expand the footer (assuming it has 2 or more rows) the first row is viewable but not the 2nd or more.

To clarify, it's the footer of a query cell where you see the properties of a selected node or relationship. This is not visible when in fullscreen mode for a cell.
