I created a new instance in Aura and uploaded two documents to generate a graph to interact with. It says the two docs have been uploaded and processed but my Aura DV instance is still shown as "running" and that seems to be preventing me from logging in and visualizing my graph. How do I solve this? This issue started the evening of 12/8 and I continue to have it as of this morning.
