Hey CY Jong currently there is just one importer configuration that can be kept in state by the import application at a time. You can download the models and/or data as json/zip to reload them at a time in the future to allow you to work with multiple configurations.
CY Jong
Gregory King I see. Thanks for pointing that out.

Apart from that, I have two instances: Instance01 (Earliest work) and Instance03 (Later work), I have been working with Instance03, and when I head back to Instance01, I realized the 'Import' tab has changed to Instance03 data (The Instance01 'Import' is being overwritten with Instance03 'Import'). Is that normal? Does 'Import' tabs of all Instances are always in sync? No way to retrieve back Instance01 'import' so that I can continue working on it?

Thanks for your quick response.
When you created the database, there should have been a credential file you downloaded. You should be able to reconnect to your database by using the "Connect to instance" dialog and filling in your credentials (you can access the "Connect to instance" dialog by clicking the "No connection" dropdown in the centre of the black bar at the top of the screen and selecting "Connect"). Hopefully this will get you back to your database.
As for the issues with the blank screen you encountered after the second import, and the need to browse back to your CSV in Import, we will have a look at this. I hope your journey goes more smoothly from here!

Hi - sorry to hear about this issue. We will have a look. When you import the second time, are you adding data to your database or starting with a blank one again?
CY Jong
Jeff Gagnon Hi, Thanks for the response. My csv is 228KB.
First import: browse file, then column names appeared in left panel, I did nodes and relationships, then 'Run Import', then 'Explore Result'.
Everything was fine, until I found that I need an extra parameter, so I went back to 'Import' tab, and the csv file has a red exclamation mark (First glitch), I need to 'browse' back the same csv, to enable adding the new node and relationship. Then 'Run Import', then 'Explore Result'.
The Explore tab is empty (Second glitch). I tried waiting for at least 15 minutes, not showing anything, The widget to key in 'Show me a graph' is not showing as well.
So I tried to refresh the webpage, then it says that it lost connect, Please select a new connection to connect.
In short, The database lost, as well as the graph.
CY Jong
This blank page will trigger more error if i refresh the page
