When a database is paused but the customer you should not reactivate it automatically and resume billing to it without customer approval. I would like a refund for all months where this occured.

Hi Aleks Milojkovic I'll email you directly on this. Auto resume after 30 days is something which is displayed within the console when the instance is paused.
