Same. Db was never created, its setting stalled, a few minutes became a few days... I hope this issue will be noticed by the support team.

new database (on the free tier also) don't get created either due to the same problem ("Setting up your database")

database actually doesn't resume. Been trying to resume for 16h hours now. Database can't be deleted either (or duplicated -- as the free tier only allows one db).

Facing the same issue, database is showing status : "Pausing" for last 2 hours
