We have a few existing requests for Aura in this area, that I think cover your need.
Can I ask, whether you are asking for the HTTP API built into the Neo4j DBMS to be exposed and accessible in Aura,
or whether you are asking for an HTTP Aura provisioning endpoint, so you can programmatically carry out all the actions you currently need to complete via the UI at https://console.neo4j.io ?
