Hello Humanitarian AI Team, great to hear from you.
The Connection URI that is displayed in the console for each AuraDB Instance is the Bolt protocol address for that specific database and can be used to connect programmatically via drivers, in the language of your choice.
Bolt is a binary protocol, based on the PackStream serialization and supports the Cypher type system, protocol versioning, authentication and TLS via certificates. In Aura, Bolt provides smart client routing with load balancing and failover.
The binary protocol is enabled in Neo4j by default, so you can use any language driver that supports it.
Neo4j officially provides drivers for .NET, Java, Spring, JavaScript, Go, and Python.
You can find more information in our documents, or via the Connect details for each driver in the console. I've attached an image, and we've linked the documentation pages from the console as well.
Please let me know if this has answered your question.

John Kennedy: Thanks so much for the input, I had no idea it was linked to Bolt. Out of curiosity, I'm spinning up a DB for a team of volunteers. Is there anything I need to know about Bolt and what other info, codes and etc to provide to folks so they can interact with the DB? For example, I don't use different Bolt ids based on permission levels or anything odd like that?

Brent Phillips: glad that input was useful to you.
The most comprehensive way for a volunteer to get up to speed would be to head over to the GraphAcademy where they can get some free and easy to consume training.
https://graphacademy.neo4j.com/courses/neo4j-fundamentals/ might be a good place to start.
