Thanks for your feedback - a great question.
We have a roadmap item to enable support for Single Sign-on users in the security manager in the coming months. We may also pair this with support for the configuration settings as well. We also would like to extend this to Ops Manager users in the future, so you can connect to Ops Manager with SSO as well as Neo4j.
It's in the roadmap and we are working to provide this for you as quickly as possible.

Chris Shelmerdine: OAuth 2.0 support would be great. So we could allow users to login to Ops Manager with their Github accounts.
