Glad to hear you found a solution. Generally, the nodes should only show as 'other' if the label(s) aren't assigned to a category in the Perspective Designer panel (on the left of the screen, opened by the icon at top left). Explore will try to add new categories automatically (by default) as new labels are detected in the database, but it is also possible to customize this behaviour. Given that clearing the cache has worked, it looks like you may have encountered a bug - thanks for reporting.
