Trouble connecting to neo4j+s server

I am unable to connect to a neo4j+s or bolt+s server. It is complaining that the authentication failed when I use neo4j+s with neo4j user (not sure what password to use). I tried using SSO, but this results in callback URL mismatch error. Using bolt+s on my local machine it again fails. Am I missing something obvious or is this just bad karma?

Hi Andreas, the default neo4j instance username is 'neo4j' - please do not use your email address for this. Please could you try this again? You are able to destroy and recreate your free instance if you do not have the password available

Aman Singh: Thanks for clarifying the user issue. I found the password where I created the instance... that was the key :)
