Cannot connect to Neo4j Aura database

Everytime I try to connect (:server connect) to my free instance of database, I get the following error message:
ServiceUnavailable: Could not perform discovery. No routing servers available. Known routing table: RoutingTable[database=default database, expirationTime=0, currentTime=1632950476319, routers=[], readers=[], writers=[]]
Am I the only one facing this issue?

Hi! Oskar from the browser team here, I dug into the issue and this should be due to your aura instance being paused (free tier pauses after 3 days of inactivity). Do login to your console and see if that's the case.
I've reached out the aura team to see if we can find some better errors, so people can understand what's going on

Me, too. But I only face this issue at my office.(maybe some port is blocked by company's firewall?) The connection is OK when I link from my home pc. Any suggestions?
