Instances are not visible

I logged in to https://console.neo4j.io/ but I can't see the graph instances. My team is able to see and access to all the instances available there. What could be the reason?

Hi jbaruah@cisco.com - sorry for the delay. Canny is a feedback tool, and not usually used for support. If your team is using Aura Professional or Business Critical instances, you will need an invitation into a tenant - please ask your colleagues to utilise our user management feature for this
